Carolyn is a psychotherapist and meditation teacher with over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health and wellbeing. She graduated from Griffith University with a PhD in 2008 entitled 'Towards a Theory of Perspective Enhancement for Mental Health'
Carolyn believes that therapeutic landscapes and spiritual growth are fundamental to our well-being. She was a founding member of the Ipswich Suicide Prevention and Awareness Network and facilitated Australia’s first suicide bereavement retreat. She is now the founder of Perspective Enhancement Therapy which specialises in working on 4 key domains that enhance mental health and well-being. These are view of self, relationships, environment and activities of daily life. Carolyn is a mediation teacher through Anne Hartley Life Coaching and has recently produced a mediation CD. She does bulk-billing mental health social work through Medicare and is registered to provide therapeutic services under WorkCover and the NDIS.

Graham is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, tennis coach and Martial arts Instructor. He has a Buddhist outlook on life with considerable experience of the Eastern Philosophies through extensive involvement in the martial arts and yoga. Graham is well read on a raft of eastern religions and brings with him a balanced and informative approach to physical well-being and spiritual growth.
Graham is currently undergoing qualification to expand his portfolio to include Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Ayurvedic Medicine and Life Coaching.
Donna is registered psychologist who is passionate about enhancing and supporting the well-being and resiliency of her clients,with a strong focus on building rapport and trust. She provides a warm, non-judgemental, evidence-based counselling approach tailored to suit individuals with a range of challenges and mental health issues including mood and anxiety disorders, stress and anger management, grief and loss,substance abuse,offending behaviour, trauma, suicide and self-harm.
Donna works with individuals from the age of 14 years and upwards.

Valerie is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 25 years experience in Mental Health. Valerie has worked in large psychiatric hospitals and community clinics.
She has significant experience in the disability field and is an NDIS provider with experience in working with Autism, ASD, Down Syndrome and other forms of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Valerie is experienced in the area of loss and grief, hoarding and with a special interest in aged care. She also works with children from the age of nine.
